Our Warranty

Glacier Coolers is very proud of the coolers we build. We back up our coolers with what we like to say as simply “The World’s Finest” warranty. Our coolers come with a one (1) year warranty. This warranty includes the cooler and all hardware for the coolers from manufacturer defects. This warranty covers any defects in the cooler material and/or workmanship that were a result of GLACIER Coolers, and not the consumer. This warranty is void if the coolers were structurally changed or altered,  or used for purposes not intended for the cooler that would result in damage to the cooler from abnormal use. Normal wear and tear would be expected from any product and is not warranted by GLACIER Coolers. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the cooler.

Warning: Our products when used properly give an absolutely air tight seal. Please do not put children or animals inside our coolers and close the lid. GLACIER Coolers disclaims any liability and/or is not responsible for any incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from misuse of our coolers.

Warranty Registration: All coolers that are purchased from our website have automatically been registered for your warranty to begin at time of purchase. If you purchased a cooler from one of our many dealers, you will need to fill out a Warranty Registration Form. To register your cooler, please fill out the Warranty Request Form.

Warranty Claims: If you have a warranty claim please fill this Warranty Claim Form or contact GLACIER Coolers at info@glacier-coolers.com.

If you have a valid warranty claim, GLACIER Coolers has the right to determine if the product and/or any part of the product, that the consumer claims to be defective, needs to be repaired or replaced. GLACIER Coolers also reserves the right to change or alter any product. Please refer to Shipping/Return Policies for more information on returns.
